LAST DRAWING:  Congratulation Bill Mullins – the 3rd and last shooter to win paid entry fees at the Grand Pacific.

Congratulations to Scott Julian of Hillsboro, Oregon – winner of the 2nd drawing.

The 1st drawing was held May 8th and we congratulate the winner Jeff Stephens of Roseburg, Oregon.

WATCH FOR THE GRAND PACIFIC EVENT WINNERS …..COMING SOON!

The July Multiplex results should be posted by Sunday evening.  The holiday created a bit of a delay in reporting from some clubs.  There is a 50/50 in handicap, earning a 1/2 yard so the 49’s will not receive yardage.  The final event of the Summer Season is the week of August 6-10.  Thanks everyone for participating and volunteering with the reporting.

RV PARKING:  Update: Thursday-July 17:  There are a limited number of RV spaces still open in the 20 amp area and 2 open in the 30 amp area.  Call as these will go quickly – 541-619-9393.  For those with a reservation please check the map at the entry to the RV area as some space numbers have changed.

Just a quick reminder – RV reservations need to be confirmed (paid) by July 1 or you may lose your space.  Cancellations after July 1 will be refunded only if the space can be re-rented so please keep me posted of your plans should they change.  There are a few sites still available and always lots of free dry camping.  I can be reached at 541-258-8766.

Thanks – looking forward to seeing everyone soon – Sue

GOLF CARTS:  The last day to reserve a golf cart is July 5th.  Contact Corey – 509-492-0881

If you have pre-squadded you can pre-pay your Grand Pacific entry/options and avoid the pay line at the event.

  • Avoid the lines: Pre-pay – download this form – complete and email to info@shootpita.com – then send a check or call the PITA office 208-312-0314 to use your credit card.  This pre-pay service is only offered until July 12th.  After that date you will need to pay at the event.

Every effort is made to post all scores to your records before the weekend so your online average card will be up-to-date.  However, with the Multiplex events occurring this week (Mon-Fri) some scores may not appear on your card before you go to this weekends events.  If you have scores missing from your card you will need to record them and then average your card using the last 1,000 16 yard targets and the last 1,000 doubles targets, remembering to discard any score 10 below the average and get a prior one.  Full details in the Rulebook on pages 24 (letter e) and 25 (letter a).  If you have questions contact your Central Handicap Committee member (phone numbers on page 1 of the Rulebook).

Congratulations to Jennifer Anex!  She earned the 27 yard line at the Black Diamond shoot.

Tim Hodges earned his 50,000 milestone!
