How to submit
Email: Scan documents as PDF and send to info@shootpita.com with subject line: Free Memberships — [Club Name].
Mail: Send originals to P.O. Box 5276 Twin Falls, ID 83303.
Processing and confirmation
Allow 2–3 business days for processing (if they are emailed. Mailed applications will take longer) after we receive your submission. We will confirm receipt by email and notify you when memberships are activated.
