Better late than never, Walla Walla Gun Club is proud to present shoot flyers for two important and very fun registered trap shoots coming up the first weekend in May.
For everyone, we will host a really fun event, our SILVER EAGLE SHOOT, featuring 1 oz silver bullion US currency SILVER EAGLE coins as trophies. Saturday May 5, beginning at NOON, we’ll host a reprise of our popular SINGLES MARATHON, toned down a little to 300 targets shot as three 100-target events. We’ve also toned down the cost of these targets so that everyone can get in a bunch of registered targets prior to the upcoming PITA and ATA State Shoots, and the popular PITA GRAND in Spokane.
On Sunday May 6, we’ll host a 100 singles – 100 handicap – 50 pr doubles registered shoot. Both of these days’ shoots will feature SILVER EAGLES as the trophy to win. Click here for flyers.
You can pre-squad yourself and your shooting buddies by going to PRESQUAD.COM. Our cashier will be Bobby McLendon, so you can give him a ring at 509-216-3033 if you have questions about using the internet to sign up.
For the youth shooters, Saturday morning May 5 will start with our SCTP STATE TRAP SHOOT, featuring 100 registered targets to settle which among the youth teams will be crowned Washington State Trap Champion. We expect kids’ teams from all over the Northwest for this event. Program is attached on the Blue colored flyer above. SCTP ribbons and medals courtesy of SCTP will be the prizes for those individuals and teams who score big.
Note that all of our events that weekend will be PITA REGISTERED SHOOTS, with ATA CROSS REGISTRATION offered if you want your scores to count in both organizations.
We will have breakfast and lunch available each day, and we have 72 RV spots with water and electric power just waiting for your RV to pull in and enjoy staying right at the shooting grounds. Cost is only $15 per night and the Club grounds will be open Friday evening so you can be here with a good night’s rest before the kids start firing at 9 am Saturday.
We’re proud this year to offer these shoots as PITA REGISTERED WITH ATA CROSS REGISTRATION OFFERED. As most shooters know, PITA has moved its great GRAND PACIFIC (PITA Grand to some people) SHOOT to Spokane, so WWGC is pleased to offer shooters a chance to get in most of their required PITA singles targets in the mild weather of Walla Walla on the first weekend in May.
To gun clubs everywhere, we would be grateful if you would print both of these flyers and post them conspicuously so that shooters can make early plans.
Looking forward to helping you make your plans to attend these great shoots in Walla Walla this May 5 and 6. Call, text, email anytime.
