green taco sauce
1/3 c
light sour cream
1 1/2 c
low fat cottage cheese
2 Tbs
low fat milk
1 clove
garlic
1/3 c
green onion

flour tortillas

Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c
seafood or other meat
2 Tbs
parmesan cheese & olives
In a
small bowl mix taco sauce and sour cream. In blender mix
cottage cheese, milk & garlic till smooth. Reserve 1 Tbs
onion.
Spoon 1
Tbs taco sauce mixture over each tortilla. Top with cheese,
meat & remaining green onions.
Spoon
remaining taco sauce mixture into bottom of greased 12x7x2
pan. Roll tortillas & place in pan seam side down. Pour
cottage cheese mix over tortillas. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake uncovered 350 for 25 - 30 min. Sprinkle with onion &
chopped olives.
